Ingredients

- Butter : 100 gram

- Flour : 150 gram

- Water : 250 milligram

- Sugar : 1 tsp

- Eggs : 4 but if they are small 5 eggs
- Salt : 1/8 tsp
Instructions

- In a medium sauce pan over medium high heat , combine butter, water, salt and sugar and bring to a boil and quick stir in the flour with a spoon. continue to stir until a film forms on the bottom of the pan.

- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly about 8 to 10 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 360 F and line baking sheet with parchment paper .

- transfer content to mixer bowl and mix it about 30 second.

- In this step, add eggs one at the time and mix very well every time after adding them. when you finish your eggs you should have a kind of loose paste.

- Now transfer your batter to a piping bag with round nozzle and pip them onto each prepared pan.

- Bake them in preheated oven at 360 F until puffs rise and golden browns, about 25 minutes. let them cool on wire racks .

- transfer pastry cream to piping bag with medium size round nozzle .

- Make a small hole at the bottom of the puffs and insert the nozzle into of each one and pipe to fill with pastry cream.
- Tip : you can store puffs (without cream ) in room temperature for 1 day.
