Ingredients
    • Butter : 100 gram
    • Flour : 150 gram
    • Water : 250 milligram
    • Sugar : 1 tsp
    • Eggs : 4 but if they are small 5 eggs
  • Salt : 1/8 tsp
Instructions
    1. In a medium sauce pan over medium high heat , combine butter, water, salt and sugar and bring to a boil and quick stir in the flour with a spoon. continue to stir until a film forms on the bottom of the pan.
    1. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly about 8 to 10 minutes.
    1. Preheat oven to 360 F and line baking sheet with parchment paper .
    1. transfer content to mixer bowl and mix it about 30 second.
    1. In this step, add eggs one at the time and mix very well every time after adding them. when you finish your eggs you should have a kind of loose paste.
    1. Now transfer your batter to a piping bag with round nozzle and pip them onto each prepared pan.
    1. Bake them in preheated oven at 360 F until puffs rise and golden browns, about 25 minutes. let them cool on wire racks .
    1. transfer pastry cream to piping bag with medium size round nozzle .
    1. Make a small hole at the bottom of the puffs and insert the nozzle into of each one and pipe to fill with pastry cream.
  1. Tip : you can store puffs (without cream ) in room temperature for 1 day.
