Ingredients
    • Soft butter: 175 grams
    • Sugar: 200 gram
    • Eggs: 2
    • Vanilla extract: 1/4 tsp
    • All purpose flour: 220 gram
  • Raisin: 100 gram
Instructions
    1. In the mixer bowl, mix sugar and butter until become light and fluffy.
    1. Add eggs one at the time and mix it after each addition.
    1. In this step, you don’t need mixer any more and add flour and mix it with a whisk and add raisin too.
    1. preheat oven to 360 degrees F and place a parchment paper in cookie pan.
    1. Fill your pipping bag with batter (you don’t nozzle for these cookies) and put the batter in the size of a walnut inside the cookie pan.
    1. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven or until the edge of the cookies become golden.
  1. allow cookies to cool in baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. store in an airtight container.
