Chocolate Cake Recipe

Today, I brought you  another type of chocolate cake recipe, because this time I ask my kids what kind of cake should I bake for them and as usual they answer chocolate cake again. I found this recipe in my old notebook and decide to share it with all my friends.  I think, most people  love chocolate cake.

ingredient for chocolate cake 

• Milk: 1 1/2 cups
• Sugar: 1 1/2 cups ( you can use 1 cup sugar if you prepare less sugar)
• Eggs: 3
• Oil: 1/2 cup
• Flour: 2 1/2 cups
• Baking powder: 1 tbsp
• Vanilla extract: 1/2 tsp
• Cocoa powder: 3 tbsp

Instruction

Preheat oven to 340 degree. Grease your baking pan.

At first step, Whisk together flour, baking powder and cocoa powder, sift it 3 times and set aside.
In the next step, With an electric mixer on high speed, whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy, pale yellow.

Now, Reduce speed to medium and add milk, vanilla and oil to the mixture and beat it until fully combine.
At the end, Reduce speed to low, gradually add flour mixture, whisking until just incorporated.

Pour the cake mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake it in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.  let it Cool for 10 minutes inside of the pan, after that transfer cake on wire rack, let it completely cooled.

you can serve it like that or you also can decorated with some chocolate geliz and some almonds and ground pistachio
