Ingredients
    • Eggs: 3
    • Sugar: 1 cup
    • Oil : 1/3 cup
    • Vanilla extract : 1/4 tsp
    • Coconut powder: 1/2 cup
    • All purpose flour: 2 cup
    • Baking powder: 2 tsp
  • yogurt or milk: 2/3cup
Instructions
    1. Preheat the oven to 360 F, grease pan and put aside .
    1. combine flour and baking powder in a medium bowl and set aside .
    1. Beat eggs with vanilla in a mixer until it become fluffy .
    1. Add sugar half of the cup at the time and mix until completely dissolved and look whipped., mix with the medium speed of your mixer .
    1. Now, add oil and mix it for 1 minute after that add yogurt and mix it again for another 1 minute.
    1. In this step, sift flour in the mixture gradually .
    1. Stir in coconut powder and continue to whisk until well mixed .
    1. Transfer the batter to a nonstick cookie pan and spread across to cover pan’s surface .
    1. Place it to preheated oven at 360 F for 20 -25 minutes or until toothpicks inserted in center comes out clean .
    1. Remove the cake from oven and allow it to cool down thoroughly .
    1. Cut the cake in traditional parallelogram shapes and speared the hot syrup over the surface of the cakes. there is link below for the syrup recipe .
    1. Set the cake aside for 10 minutes until the syrup sunk in thoroughly .
  1. Garnish each piece with a pinch of ground pistachio or coconut powder or almond .
