Ingredients

- All purpose flour : 1 cup

- Unsweetened cocoa powder : 2 tbsp

- Baking powder : 2 tsp

- Eggs : 4
-
- Sugar : 1 cup

- Milk : 1/4 cup
-
- Vanilla extract : 2 tsp

- Softened butter or oil : 1/2 cup
- Chopped walnut : 1/2 cup
Instructions

- Preheat oven to 320 F and place 12 paper muffin cups liners in muffin mold and set aside .

- In a large bowl mix our dry ingredient ( flour , baking powder , cocoa powder ) .

- In the mixer bowl mix the egg until egg become double ( for around 2 minutes ) .

- then add sugar slowly ( in 3 or 4 times ) to the mixture and mix until well blended .

- then add oil and milk and mix it well .

- at the end we add our dry ingredient ( flour , baking powder and cocoa powder to the mixture and add walnut and mix it slowly .

- spoon batter to the muffin paper cups and bake it in preheated oven at 320 F for 20 minutes .
- Tip : walnut is optional if you don’t want its not necessary .
