Ingredients

- Oil or melted butter : 1 cup

- Sugar : 1 1/2 cup

- Eggs : 4

- All purpose flour : 2 1/2 cup

- Baking powder : 1 tbsp

- Yogurt : 1 1/2 cup
- Grated orange rind : 1/2 tbsp
Instructions

- Preheat oven to 350 F . Grease pan and put aside .

- Mix flour and baking powder in a medium bowl and set aside .

- Beat eggs in a mixer until it become fluffy .

- Add sugar to mixture and mix until completely dissolved and looked whipped .

- Now add yogurt , oil and grated orange rind to your mixture and mix it well .

- In this step, add the flour to your mixture and mix it well .

- spoon your batter into your pan and bake it in preheated oven at 350 F for 45 minutes or until toothpicks inserted in center comes out clean .

- After you bake this cake leave it in oven for a few minutes and after that let it become cool on wire racks.
- Tips : for topping I spread icing sugar and espresso powder .
