Ingredients

- All purpose flour : 1 cup

- Whole wheat flour : 2/3 cup

- Sugar : 1/2 cup

- Grated orange peel : 1/4 tsp

- Baking soda : 1 tsp

- Salt : 1/4 tsp

- Butter milk : 1 cup
-
- Melted butter : 1/4 cup

- Vanilla extract : 1/2 tsp
- finely chopped dried apricot : 1 cup
Instructions

- preheat oven to 375 F and prepare your cupcake mold .

- In large bowl combine together dry ingredients ( flour , sugar , grated orange peel , baking soda and salt ) .

- In another bowl or your mixer bowl combine our butter milk , melted butter , vanilla and egg .

- Mix well with your mixer or whisk until well blended .

- Now add your flour mixture (dry ingredient ) and mix it until completely solved ( if you mixing with whisk is good to make a well in center of you flour and add your liquid mixture to flour ) after that start to mix it .

- At the end add apricot to the batter .

- Now spoon batter into 12 muffins cup and put in preheated oven at 375 F for 15 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean .
- Tip : this muffins are good to serve warm so reheat them before serving it . Wrap the muffins in foil and heat at 350 F for 10 minutes .
