This is a very healthy snack especially for those people wants to use less sugar or like to use dried fruit in their cakes .

Ingredients
    • All purpose flour : 1 cup
    • Whole wheat flour : 2/3 cup
    • Sugar : 1/2 cup
    • Grated orange peel : 1/4 tsp
    • Baking soda : 1 tsp
    • Salt : 1/4 tsp
    • Butter milk : 1 cup
    • Melted butter : 1/4 cup
    • Vanilla extract : 1/2 tsp
  • finely chopped dried apricot : 1 cup
Instructions
    1. preheat oven to 375 F and prepare your cupcake mold .
    1. In large bowl combine together dry ingredients ( flour , sugar , grated orange peel , baking soda and salt ) .
    1. In another bowl or your mixer bowl combine our butter milk , melted butter , vanilla and egg .
    1. Mix well with your mixer or whisk until well blended .
    1. Now add your flour mixture (dry ingredient ) and mix it until completely solved ( if you mixing with whisk is good to make a well in center of you flour and add your liquid mixture to flour ) after that start to mix it .
    1. At the end add apricot to the batter .
    1. Now spoon batter into 12 muffins cup and put in preheated oven at 375 F for 15 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean .
  1. Tip : this muffins are good to serve warm so reheat them before serving it . Wrap the muffins in foil and heat at 350 F for 10 minutes .
