Ingredients
    • Sugar : 2 cup
    • Water: 1 cup
    • Rose water : 1/4 cup
  • Saffron (Zafran) 1/4 tsp
Instructions
    1. Soak the saffron in 1 tbsp boiling water for 30 minutes .
    1. In a small pot, combine sugar with water, saffron,rose water and stir well .
    1. Bring the pot to a boil over medium heat and continue the heat until it just started thick
  1. Tips: our syrups shouldn’t be too thick because when it become cold, the sugar will be appear on it .
