Syrup For Cake Baghlava

Ingredients

- Sugar : 2 cup

- Water: 1 cup

- Rose water : 1/4 cup
- Saffron (Zafran) 1/4 tsp
Instructions

- Soak the saffron in 1 tbsp boiling water for 30 minutes .

- In a small pot, combine sugar with water, saffron,rose water and stir well .

- Bring the pot to a boil over medium heat and continue the heat until it just started thick
- Tips: our syrups shouldn’t be too thick because when it become cold, the sugar will be appear on it .
